Due to the weather the Middle/High School Homecoming Pepfest will be moved indoors to the High School Gym.
Duck Cup Memorial will be coming to LS-H Middle School High School on October 10th, to talk to students about mental health. They will also have a time open to the public in the evening at 6:30pm in the High School Auditorium.

Welcome to Homecoming Week at LHS Middle & High School.




Students in grades 7-12 who plan to visit New York City/Washington DC in the summer of 2023 are strongly advised to enroll by October 1st. Enrollment forms are available throughout the middle school and high school. After October 1st the planning team will determine if there is enough interest to pursue the 2023 itinerary or postpone the event until a later time.
It's Suicide Prevention Month! Here are some resources for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis.

Free financial aid events available to Minnesota students and families this fall!
The series, running September 27 through October 25, will cover general college application and financial aid information, details on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), the Minnesota Dream Act for undocumented students, and other ways to pay for college.
I have attached a fact sheet as well as some information below.
· All sessions will have simultaneous interpretation in Spanish, Somali and Hmong. Information for families about registering for the series is available here.
· Students who attend will be entered to win a $500 scholarship!
· Financial aid professionals will also be online to answer live Q and A from participants during the sessions.
· These sessions are a collaborative effort between the Minnesota Office of Higher Education, Minnesota Department of Education, ECMC The College Place and Minnesota Goes to College.
