They will present on financial aid updates as well as help with FAFSA completion. You do not need to be enrolling at South Central to attend. State Wrestling Fan Bus Info!
There will be a fan bus for LSH middle and high school students to the State Wrestling tournament Thursday, 2/29 to support our GIANTS Wrestling Team! Students must sign up and pay in the office by Monday, 2/26 at 4:00PM to be able to ride the fan bus. Cost for the bus is $10 per rider. The GIANTS will wrestle at 11am and at 1pm. Our bus will return to school after the 2nd match. Anticipate a return to LSH between 4:30 pm and 5:00pm. Students also need to fill out a pre-arranged absence form which can be picked up in the office. Students have to purchase their own tickets for entrance into the Xcel Energy Center. The Xcel Energy Center is a "cashless" arena. Only credit card and mobile pay are accepted. Cash is no longer accepted. NO BAGS are permitted inside the arena to help reduce staff touchpoints and expedite entry times for guests.
If students are planning on attending the State Wrestling Tournament and not riding the bus, parents must call the attendance line stating their student is attending the tournament. 507-665-5800.

AAU (Angels Amongst Us) is looking for volunteers for their pool tournament Feb 23, 24 & 25. There are a lot of time slots available. AAU donates THOUSANDS OF dollars towards scholarships for Le Sueur Henderson Students. Some AAU Scholarships require that you work one of their events. Dollars for Scholars raised over $50,000 in scholarships last year for LSH Students. Dollars for Scholars is hosting their phone-a-thon this Sunday and we need volunteers to make some phone calls. These are 1 hour shifts starting at 4:00 PM until 8 PM. For every shift a senior works, your name will go into a drawing for an additional scholarship.
NHS students who volunteer can use this opportunity for your NHS sponsored hours as well.
LSH post secondary students can use this for volunteer hours as well.
